Charlotte Warburton, global head of rail at PA Consulting, was featured on BBC News at Six on the rail reforms in the UK.
The programme bulletin discussed the failing rail franchising system in Britain and gave an overview of proposed rail reforms by the main political parties ahead of December elections.
Charlotte says: “Last year alone, I think only 61 per cent of the trains actually ran on time across the UK. I don’t think that’s giving the best customer satisfaction for passengers. I feel like there isn’t enough focus on the customer.”
Charlotte Warburton's footage appears between 21:55 - 22:08 min.
