Job description

Client Engagements 

• Lead the development and execution of digital and growth strategies for clients across various industries. 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on strategic digital initiatives. 
• Lead client engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop tailored solutions. 

Business Development 

• Manage and deliver complex consulting projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. 
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. 
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations. 
• Lead/manage in supply chain projects, including distribution network design, inventory management, and logistics optimization. 
• Advise clients on digital transformation strategies, leveraging technology to drive innovation and competitive advantage. 
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues and clients. 

People Lead / Manage Teams 

• Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. 
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. 
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create innovative solutions that address client challenges. 

Our team is based in Stockholm, and you will work predominately on client site. Travel may be required, but we are committed to working with any qualified candidate to understand what flexible working patterns can be adapted. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital strategy consulting or a related area. 
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects and growth strategies. 
• Experience with Due Diligence is a plus 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 
• Experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including consumer & manufacturing, technology and financial services, is a plus. 
• Demonstrated track record of leading consulting engagements and delivering impactful results for clients 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences 
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and fostering collaboration 
• Fluency in Swedish and English 
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
