Our Design, Engineering & Science (DES) team are looking for an exceptional Operations Director. You will be a leading contributor to the transformation of the DES stream operating model, impacting how we work both internally with other teams and externally with clients. You will also be key in making sure that the operations of the DES stream run smoothly and efficiently, via improved resource management, governance and financial management.
You will report to the DES Stream Lead

You will have opportunity to:
Implement an operational engine to deliver the DES business plan.
Define and deliver a governance structure for DES leadership.
Own the quality system for DES along with the associated delivery and transformation objectives.
Deliver the organisational change necessary to deliver a consistent approach to major project delivery across the DES teams and studios.
Support the definition and delivery of an apprpriate approach to global resource management.
You will have experience owning operations within a Professional Services environment.
You will have led on transformation activities and the associated organisational changes.
You will be a leading voice in setting the direction of travel for your department/organisation.
You will have experience in producing and presenting reports to Senior/C-suite stakeholders.
You will be passionate about growth and innovation, and will look to improve performance via a growth mindset rather than cost-cutting.
