Job description
Competent in working with large FS accounts over time selling and delivering larger projects and building trust and pipeline over time with dedicated clients. Need to have relevant experience from running transformation projects within the Financial Services industry, where the role helped ensure real business value from what was being done.
Must be considered a leader both internally and externally, used to having direct reports, and very comfortable having quantitative objectives to fulfil as part of the role. Required to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders over time and convert that into us assisting those clients on larger transformational initiatives going forward. Others within PA should consider the candidate a role model and someone they want to learn from. The candidate needs to be very performance and outcome focused and able to engage others around them to make things happen. Their own utilization are expected to be around 50% year 1 and 60%+ from the second year.
