Job description

This exciting opportunity sits at the heart of our Nordic HR team, supporting our day-to-day operational activities and projects. Reporting into the Head of People Nordics/NL and the Head of HR Business Partnering, this HR Business Partner role will work alongside other Senior HR Business Partners, HR Business Partners, HR Operations and PAs Centres of Excellence (CoE) to enable our people.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM and Function Leads to develop and implement their people agendas, ensuring alignment to the global people strategy, drawing on expertise from PA’s HR CoEs and utilising PA’s global HR delivery teams.
  • Partner with GTM and Function Leads to enable effective delivery of HR activities across PAs people pillars (recruit & onboard, mentor & develop, reward & recognise, support & engage)
  • Enable a high-performance culture through strong performance management and talent development, drawing on expertise from PAs CoEs.
  • Work with and coach leads and line managers to develop and optimise people management capability, supported by PAs CoEs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our business partnering processes and policies.
  • Support succession planning for key accounts.
  • Develop and utilise people data to provide insights, drive best practice, and enable ingenious solutions.
  • Champion PA's values and the behaviours we expect of each other.
  • Coaching Leads and line managers and their people to ensure effective delivery of our Mid, YE and promotion processes.
  • Utilize the support from the HR Shared Service centre and provide necessary input for the operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience of strategic HR partnering at a leadership level (min. 3 years)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Significant knowledge of HR best practice 
  • Strong knowledge of employment law commensurate with the requirements of the role
  • HR change management and transformation experience 
  • Professional services experience and experience of working in a matrixed structure
  • Consistently collaborates with and supports HR colleagues to provide an exceptional service to our clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which enable you to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills, able and excited to manage a high volume but rewarding workload
