• The Cambridge Group’s Growth Strategy team has a proven record of working with senior leaders in major private and public sector organisations, directly addressing their biggest strategic challenges
• As a part of the team, you will help CEOs and other business leaders across many sectors to develop and implement strategies to create value and transform their organizations
• You will lead in the development and execution of the latest strategic thinking and have a thirst for insight and problem solving

Qualifications

You will be:

• With 2-5 years of full-time work experience and a track record of exceptional achievement   
• Client-orientated, able to understand their challenges and build relationships
• Able to simplify complexity
• Insightful and creative, with integrity, drive and interpersonal skills and a genuine affinity for problem solving
• A strategic thinker, with an ability to define and undertake quantitative and qualitative research
• Open-minded and committed to inclusion of others and diversity of thought and background
• Able to work independently as the day-to-day client point of contact on assignments

Position is based in Chicago, IL with a hybrid work schedule of about 2 in-office days a week
