Local government

All local councils and the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) want UK communities to be healthy, positive places to live and work. However, out-moded systems of delivery – particularly in social care, housing, planning, and growth – complicate the picture.

How can we use innovation to build communities that thrive?

Working together

We are client-led in our approach – taking big challenges and transforming them into opportunities. We focus on four areas, which draw in skills that most benefit and complement those of our clients’ own teams. Our ethos is about building strong and trusted partnerships, working collaboratively to innovate, challenge the status quo, and deliver real change for communities.

Talk to us about

System integration and optimal care
Integrated community systems are driving greater alignment and cohesion. We support all ecosystem partners to optimise their health and care systems, with a particular focus on early intervention and prevention.
Technology enabled care
For the last decade, our care technology partnerships have brought tech-enabled solutions to frontline care, increasing independence, improving societal outcomes, and reducing costs.
Prosperous places
Place-based working will be key as decision-making and funding is devolved to regional areas. Cost optimisation, anchored as part of a broader offer creating sustainable local public services, will support local growth and prosperity.
Major programme delivery
DLUHC continues to convene large national programmes aimed at delivering economic growth and transformation in local places, such as the development of freeports.
