The best response is an agile one

The Brexit deadline is getting closer. On 31 October 2019, the UK will exit the European Union, creating high levels of uncertainty. As a result, leaders are finding it difficult to take key decisions today or plan for tomorrow. So, how can they ensure their organisations thrive in both the short- and long-term? The answer is to embed agile ways of working into everything – centre on the customer, speed up time to value, design for simplicity, build to evolve and liberate colleagues. This new kind of organisation, where people work in aware, alert, inclusive and responsive teams, is ideally set to capture the opportunities presented by the uncertainty of Brexit. We know this because we’re at the forefront of helping organisations embed agility so they can make sense of today and get ahead of the competition.
