Delivering procurement transformation
Established in 2006, ProcServe provides a suite of technical eProcurement solutions, managed services, and professional services tailored to suit individual clients and their supplier community. ProcServe has a wide range of public and commercial customers both in the UK and US. ProcServe's largest shareholder is PA Consulting Group which has appointed Ipex Capital to manage its investment on its behalf.
ProcServe's flagship contract is Zanzibar. Zanzibar is a seven-year contract started in August 2005, which provides the UK’s public sector eProcurement solution. Zanzibar allows public sector buyers and private sector suppliers, irrespective of size, to conduct procurement transactions over the Internet. ProcServe already has 4,300 Zanzibar customers with over 100,000 users and over 2,000 suppliers using its systems. Zanzibar has established itself as the UK Government’s first multi-organisation procurement shared services solution, and over time it will span the country’s entire public sector.
ProcServe intends to continue expanding the number of buyers and supplier customers, and in doing so establish its credentials as the world leading provider of eProcurement supply chain solutions.
