We also have extensive experience in the delivery of multi-channel solutions across the web, mobile and PDA ranging from online delivery of content through to large scale e-commerce transaction solutions.
Everything we do is user centric. However, as no one programme or project is ever the same PA avoids a ‘one size fits all’ approach to our programmes. Using a generic method to solve complex client requirements is often why large scale change programmes fail. Instead, we have an adaptive delivery approach that is based on frameworks that we integrate and scale to create specific approaches for our clients on a case-by-case basis. These are all based on user centred design principles aligned with success of your business.
Although we have experience with specific packages, we have no exclusive vendor alliances and generally don’t take commissions on software purchases. We select the best vendors in the market place to work with that fit your requirements. PA also provides independent reviews for clients with complex systems projects and we often lead our clients through complex systems change by acting as individual experts on large scale change programmes or leading as their delivery partner.
