Who are we looking for?
We are seeking enthusiastic and accomplished professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, with an interest in helping clients to transform their organizations, performance, processes and people. We are particularly interested if you have:
- Expertise in some of the following areas: organizational design; shared service implementation; HR process outsourcing; workforce productivity improvement; general HR management; change and employee transition management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and personal credibility to engage with leading organizations at senior levels and deliver results
- Over three years' experience in industry, consultancy or the public sector.
