The largest off-balance-sheet liability for many businesses may well be the environment. That liability places many businesses on the verge of an environmental governance crisis, posing massive risks - and, if managed correctly, tremendous opportunities for business.
The key to good management of environmental issues is the same as the key to effective management of the business in general: effective, thorough senior-level governance.
PA’s governance work spans multinational corporations as well as international agencies and many national governments. Working directly with CEOs and Boards of directors, we draw on our global understanding of business strategy and sustainability issues and their implications for business across world markets and regions.
