Case study: An international airline
PA's work with this international airline included defining an operational SOx process as well as conducting the subsequent management of testing and evidence-gathering across the company.
The PA team also devised and delivered a communications strategy and oversaw a pilot and subsequently a full testing cycle, culminating in the delivery of a management information control report.
PA’s work ensured that the client was able to realise a clear approach to its compliance testing - avoiding future re-work and duplication. The company met the schedule to draft the revised Self-Audit SOx tests and passed the necessary gate checks in order to commence implementation of its process and control testing regime.
The first financial year of process and control testing has been delivered successfully - compliance and attestation was achieved and the on-going process is now ‘business-as-usual’.
