Do discovery organizations need to formalize project and portfolio management?
Few pharmaceutical companies have enough new drug candidates of sufficiently high quality coming out of their discovery labs. Aegate commences the first ‘Authentication at the point of Dispensing'™ pilot
Aegate is PA Consulting Group’s latest venture, set up to test a new solution to combat pharmaceutical fraud. Recent market developments, new EU member states and changing legislation in the US have put the spotlight on the need for pharmaceutical companies to provide a checking mechanism for the authenticity of their products. Aegate’s solution, ' Authentication at the point of dispensing™’, is currently being piloted in the UK. Results are expected to be available in early 2005.
