Dead zones in your 3G network can disappoint your users and reduce revenue
Dead zones - the areas of your 3G network where subscribers suffer reduced call quality, call drops or are unable to connect - are usually caused by inter-operator interference.
Dead zones usually occur where your subscriber is close to a competitor's site, but a long way from your site. Your dead zone could extend for tens or hundreds of metres around your competitors' cells.
This paper discusses PA's capabilities in solving these problems.
