Developing a 'go-to-market' strategic plan
Cardinal Health Pharmaceutical Technology and Services asked PA to establish a ‘go to market’ plan for its Pharmaceutical Technology and Services Center (PTSC). PA helped design the business model, key processes, organization and market strategy for the PTSC.
The key aspects from the assignment included: the analysis of current and future market trends; a definition of target customer needs; a definition of the compelling value proposition; the development of a new sales and marketing model and a new model for managing customer relationships.
