Vetter Pharma Fertigungs GmbH & Co is an independent contract manufacturer for the pharmaceutical industry, specialising in process technology for prefilled injection systems. The company’s strategic objective is to become the contract partner of choice for innovation-seeking companies in the pharmaceutical industry. To achieve this aim the company will need to change in both size and scope as additional products and services are introduced.
A critical challenge for Vetter is to preserve and enhance the skills and knowledge of its employees as the company moves to a leading pharmaceutical company.
