Denmark's largest confectioner implements an integrated IT system

By the end of the 90s, Toms Fabrikker - Denmark's largest producer of confectionery - realized that its IT systems were fragmented, inflexible and unable to sustain vital business functions. The company needed an integrated and coherent IT system, so it decided to implement SAP throughout the organization.

Toms Fabrikker had insufficient resources and competencies for such a large project so PA Consulting Group was invited to assist throughout the process.
