New business process gives yearly savings of DKK 30 million

The leading Danish bank, Nordea, wanted to reduce IT expenditure after a period of rapid development in IT, and asked PA to develop the business case and lead the 30-week implementation project.

PA drove the project, ensuring 'milestones' were met and quality checking the entire process as well. The benefit for Nordea was yearly savings of DKK 30 million and increased visibility of the cost structure.
