From vision to behavior

In 1995-97 Nilfisk-Advance went through a turnaround where all operations of the organization were transformed as the company struggled to survive. A new CEO had managed to turn the ailing finances in the right direction, but Nilfisk-Advance was still a large number of isolated companies, which affected production and market efficiencies.

PA was brought in to help the management focus long-term. To strengthen the company, PA advised they would have to take a strategic HR approach and establish a common spirit in the company across all borders. PA worked closely together with the company to ensure the success of the new policy.
