Replacing the entire branch network's IT infrastructure
National Westminster Bank is one of the largest UK high street banks. Faced with increased competition from new players, NatWest recognized the urgent need to replace its ageing branch IT infrastructure. The 'Retail Banking Platform' (RBP) Program, initiated to meet these requirements, was supported by a multidisciplined PA team for three years. During that time the program successfully implemented the new platform in over 1,200 NatWest retail branches - responsible for an estimated 90% of customer accounts.
