A flexible, low-volume manufacturing facility for a niche vehicle manufacturer

A new venture company, with no existing production facility or automotive industry experience, had been set up to develop a low volume, niche-market car. The vehicle design involved several unconventional and unproven production processes. Our challenge was to design and build an efficient production facility capable of producing 5,000 vehicles per annum with restricted capital investment.   
    
PA established a comprehensive manufacturing plan including the factory design, site layout and all the processes. We specified the facilities, logistics and systems needed to set up a company from scratch and supervised the purchase, installation, commissioning and the start-up of pre-series production.
