PA worked in close partnership with this leading international automotive supplier of electronics, electrical systems and mechatronics on several high-profile relocations of production facilities to lower-cost economies, as a result of pressure from the client's customers to cut product costs.  Each relocation presented similar complex challenges and involved moving production lines across continents while maintaining the quality and quantity of components supply to the client's own customers, who would have claimed penalties for any interruption in supply.  PA delivered successful relocation projects time after time - to deadline and within budget - while managing stakeholder relationships to minimize the risk of industrial disputes and protecting client relationships.
