Implementing SAP HR to support new management principles
The Danish Defense is responsible for training and equipping its 60,000 Armed Forces for military action in response to Ministry of Defense requests for forces.
PA has successfully implemented SAP HR in support of new management principles at the Danish Defense headquarters.
The implementation took place during 1998-2004 as part of an organization-wide implementation of SAP HR for the finance and logistics functions.
PA helped Danish Defense to define the business requirements and managed SAP HR implementation. Legacy systems were either integrated or replaced with SAP functionality. To ensure a solid solution to meet the demands for IT support in the HR area, PA also planned the organizational structure.
By replacing paper-based HR reporting with PA's new SAP-enabled system, Danish Defense is now able to increase response times to MoD inquiries.
