Fuel system design optimization for a major automotive OEM

Under pressure to reduce manufacturing costs, our client believed that their design of certain parts in the fuel system could be improved, but did not have the necessary resources.
    
Using our proven benchmarking process we evaluated five competitive systems for function and cost. Using this data we worked with our client's staff to identify and qualify a wide range of improvement ideas. We then selected the most appropriate for implementation.
