Rapid implementation of on-line financial services

Banca IMI is one of Italy's largest and fastest growing banks. It decided to launch an on-line financial services operation, starting with an Internet-based retail share trading system - IMIWEB Trader. PA worked to ensure the success of this assignment by managing and co-ordinating the 15 suppliers involved and providing independent testing services.

PA's role was to ensure that a high level of quality was maintained, and that the project adhered to the rapid delivery timetable. The bank leapt ahead of its competition by delivering to market, within aggressive timescales, a wide and innovative range of services. These services included: a WAP mobile phone share trading system, Internet subscription service to IPO, and on-line access to domestic and foreign equity markets.
