Productivity gain of 25% from PA's IT trouble-shooting

In a pilot project in the AF-Sønderjylland region, The Danish National Labour Market Authority was introducing a new IT system, Amanda, throughout its many regions and its implementation was proving extremely difficult. PA was asked to solve the IT problems, and enhance the efficiency of the Authority in general.

PA managed the project, which resulted in reduced time taken to process cases and a 25% increase in the number of activity interviews. The overall benefit to the client was a productivity gain of 25%.
