Interoute Telecommunications is a rapidly growing pan-European telecommunications company with established operations in 9 European countries. Interoute's state of the art i-21 network is currently under construction and when complete will be one of the largest, fastest and most advanced voice and data networks in Europe.

One of the many issues facing Interoute was the introduction of tight controls over cost, billings and capital expenditure. PA Consulting Group was engaged to design the transformation project to introduce financial controls, supporting processes and an organizational framework commensurate with a modern pan-European telecoms company.
