Development of a CRM concept
German insurance company Deutscher Ring needed to re-align its relations with interested parties - clients and sales partners - in order to position itself as the leading customer-focused provider of insurance and other financial services. PA Consulting Group developed a CRM concept for the company, in close co-operation with all its stakeholders, which provided the fundamentals for further progress.
The challenge was to achieve this in a pragmatic way that took into account the company's recent investments in IT and infrastructure. PA's three-step implementation plan is designed to create fundamental improvements in the company's resources, organisation, technical and personnel structures, enabling CRM processes and IT solutions to be implemented in Deutscher Ring as well as extended to its sales partners.
