Agility provides a suite of infrastructure services across the gas, electricity, water and telecommunication industries. It had a SAP project which needed substantial review if it was to provide an optimal system to support its service-oriented strategy. Following PA’s engagement, confidence levels within the executive team rose quickly and regular reviews provided a clear picture of key risk areas and mitigating actions. PA enabled Agility to change direction faster and with more confidence to achieve successful delivery.
