PAPI helps Nokia in 'connecting people'
Nokia is the world's leading mobile phone supplier and one of the fastest-growing telecommunications companies in the world. Aware of the need for a global assessment tool and a global network of consultants to support local recruitment, Nokia adopted PAPI (PA Preference Inventory) to assist in the recruitment and assessment of personnel.
PAPI was first used in Finland by Nokia when PA's consultants assisting in carrying out assessments of Finnish professionals who were beig considered for possible transfer overseas. This human resources tool has proved a great benefit for an international company which prides itself on having the corporate slogan 'Connecting People'.
