The Defence Evaluation Research Agency (DERA) was part of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) providing R&D and consultancy advice to both the MOD and the defence industry in the UK as well as other friendly nations. When established, as one of the largest ‘Next Steps’ agencies, they embarked on an ambitious change programme, which PA helped DERA to manage.
