Change and project management skills enable quick and successful transformation into new role
The Defence Evaluation Research Agency (DERA), previously part of the Ministry of Defence (MoD), had recently been established as one of the largest 'Next Steps' agencies and wanted to embark on a very ambitious change programme. The DERA asked PA to help them manage this change programme and assist them in improving their project management systems and disciplines and to establish a projects business culture. The results have included an improvement in the delivery of projects to time and to budget and significantly higher levels of customer satisfaction.
