Co-ordinating a complex programme of high profile events

PA Consulting Group was engaged by Auckland City Council to implement a programme management framework to co-ordinate planning and operations for three major events of international importance: the Asia Pacific Economic Conference (APEC), the America's Cup Yachting Regatta, and the Millennium Night celebrations. As a result, Auckland has put itself on the international map as a progressive and capable city, able to accommodate and co-ordinate large events in the future.
