The Polaris T&D program explores an extensive range of operational activities. The program addresses issues and practices surrounding safety and reliability to determine optimal performance initiatives. Input from sponsor utilities into the questionnaire keeps the Polaris program on the leading edge of changes in the industry. The program evaluates the cost drivers impacting the T&D business (ie business objectives), the enablers for change (ie inventory levels) and the resulting outputs (ie safety and business improvement).
