Customer Service Planning Conference
During the Planning Conference, participants will gather to review and refine the program for the upcoming year, including:
- providing suggestions on the benchmarking survey, scorecards and reports;
- removal and editing of survey scope;
- advising on report graphs and effective calculations; and
- the expression of views on overall program direction and focus.
Participants in attendance gain the benefit of input into the following year's survey and schedule as well as the opportunity to network with industry leaders from around the US and abroad.
Who should attend the Planning conference?
Everyone involved in the questionnaire, from data input to decision makers, are welcome to attend the Planning Meetings (attendance is for Silver, Gold and Platinum members).
