Customer Service Data Validation Conference
The purpose of the Data Validation meeting is to verify data accuracy and confirm question interpretation to ensure reliable questionnaire output. The meeting will take place after the first submission of the draft questionnaire. PA team members will review, highlight areas of discrepancies and discuss as a group at the Data Validation meeting.

PA Consulting Group invites participants in our Polaris Customer Service program to attend this year's Data Validation conference April 21-24 at the Hyatt Regency in San Antonio, Texas. Please register under our group code. The group rate is $174 for a single room available Monday through Wednesday. We do have limited rooms available at the group rate for Thursday if you're interested in staying over.

Transportation
Airport transportation
San Antonio International airport (SAT) is located approximately 12 miles from the Hyatt Regency San Antonio. Attendees are responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the airport. You may take a cab from the airport for approximately $25-28 one way.
Driving directions from San Antonio International Airport (12 miles):
Take 281 S. which will turn into I-37 S. near the downtown area. Follow I-37 S. and exit Houston Street. Turn right on Houston. Proceed 5 blocks to Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and continue down 3 blocks. Hotel is on the right. (Broadway changes names to Losoya Street).
Hyatt Regency to CPS Energy (Wednesday)
PA will provide transportation to and from the Hyatt to CPS Energy. If you choose to use your own transportation, CPS Energy's address is 7000 San Pedro Avenue San Antonio, TX.
Downtown San Antonio
Our conference takes place during Fiesta. One of America's truly great festivals, Fiesta San Antonio takes place every April to honor the memory of the heroes of the Alamo and the Battle of San Jacinto and to celebrate San Antonio's rich and diverse cultures. This year marks the celebration's 117th anniversary. Events will be going on throughout the week all over the city.
Known for the Battle of the Alamo in 1836. Located across the street, one block from the Hyatt Regency San Antonio.
