Awards Ceremony
The annual awards ceremony is a celebratory event that recognizes utilities that have delivered outstanding performance in customer service and reliability. The ceremony begins with a reception and then moves into a theater style awards ceremony presentation with film, music and entertainment. In addition, we will have a video that honors all North American utilities and their service to communities. The awards ceremony recognizes all utilities in the industry and the recipients of PA Consulting Group’s ServiceOne and ReliabilityOne™ awards.
