ServiceOne Award
ServiceOne is PA's annual award honoring electric utilities that provide exceptional service levels to their customers. This award provides a platform to validate and communicate the achievement of excellence in customer care.
PA uses a rigorous, quantitatively driven process to identify the very best performers:
- quantitatively defining and rewarding excellent customer service
- using 25 measures selected by an industry advisory group of experts to represent all aspects of customer service
- collecting performance data through PA’s Polaris Benchmarking program
- certifying that each task within certain ‘best practices’ is performed to the highest standard
- recognizing companies for the thought and excellence maintained in their Customer Service operations.
