PA was approached to support the merger of the two businesses, which involved consolidating vast amounts of customer data, migrating complex processes and IT systems, and uniting the workforce in a new office space. Crucially, we provided assurance that the Omani business was complying with global regulatory standards – which, if not followed, could result in huge fines for RSA.
