MAN Diesel asked PA to help move the company towards global data governance, processes and structures. PA designed and implemented a cost-effective master governance model and data management processes to give the business access to standardised data across all its locations. This process was led by a global master data manager, whose role PA helped develop and design. PA also engaged key decision makers and business champions in the change management process, ensuring commitment for the new approach.

Today, the global overview of customer and supplier activities means time and money are no longer being wasted in constantly aligning and matching data across borders, and data cleaning for the spare parts and inventory parts of the business is well underway.
