Based on the output from these interviews, together with indicative current and future cost to serve, PA developed a business case, highlighting the potential for a 33% reduction in operating costs through the adoption of a shared service delivery model, together with a transformation roadmap to implement the change and establish the new operating model.

PA is presently helping the client design and implement the new arrangements which embraces a mixture of in-house and out-sourced solutions. In doing so we are orchestrating the procurement of an outsourced service provider to deliver part of the solution and supporting their project team preparations to engage with the outsourcer.
