Biogen Idec - supporting a critical IT transformation programme

The PA team developed five ITIL® -aligned processes, designed a new organizational structure and developed a Request For Proposal for an IT Service Management toolset to support the new processes and prepare the client for seamless implementation. PA brought speed, structure and clarity to a critical IT transformation program. By delivering detailed ITIL® process designs and organizational design, together with pragmatic best practice, PA helped develop a new way of working.

We worked collaboratively with Biogen Idec to produce a new vision and mission for the IT infrastructure group. This work provided the foundation upon which to implement the organizational and process changes developed by PA, and, more importantly, supported Biogen Idec's drive to continuously improve the service orientation of their IT function.

The combination of all the deliverables enabled the company to dramatically speed up progress of its IT transformation agenda, deliver cost efficiencies six months ahead of time and kick start the Biogen Idec IT culture change.
