Only 39% of senior executives are innovative

PA’s latest innovation research is prominently featured in an article in Milenio, which discusses the key innovation trends among executives in Mexico. 

The article looks at PA’s report in depth, which finds that only 39% of executives are confident they have defined the skills they need to be innovative.

The article goes on to say that 78% of Mexican executives think that they are good at rewarding employees for innovation even if the project fails.

The article outlines the fact that the innovation survey was applied to 821 senior executives, including executives in Mexico, where 60% of their executives said that recent innovation has been successful in driving growth for their companies.
