Lesley talks about how millennials are starting to build their careers at school. According to Lesley, millennials are “starting their relationship with their future employer with career taster days.”
Lesley goes on to explain that shifts in the world economy mean millennials need to take this flexible career strategy further by being prepared to work globally, particularly given emerging market growth. She says: “The graduates of today have to be internationally mobile like never before if they are to take advantage of these opportunities.”
