Ian Barlow joins PA Consulting Group as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Audit Committee

PA Consulting Group has announced the appointment of Ian Barlow as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the firm’s Audit Committee.
Previously Senior Partner at KPMG in London, Mr Barlow attended his first PA International Board meeting on 6 June. He has many years of Board-level client experience. His other Board appointments include:
- Chairman, Think London (the direct inward investment agency for London with offices in Beijing, Mumbai, New York and San Francisco)
- Chairman, London Business Board (the coalition of London First, London Chamber and CBI London representing London businesses’ interests to Government)
- Chairman, London Business Network (the 2012 London business club)
- Board member, London First (London’s leading business lobby group)
- Board member, China British Business Council.
Jon Moynihan, PA’s Executive Chairman, said:

As Mr Barlow takes up the role, Matt Ridley has stepped down from PA’s Board, as of PA’s 6 June Board meeting. Jon Moynihan said: "Matt has been a great colleague to us all on the PA Board. We salute his significant contribution to PA and it is with considerable regret that we announce his decision to step down from the Board after nine years, during which PA's share price tripled ."
