Award winners honored during a ceremony on October 21
PA Consulting Group announced the inaugural winners of the ServiceOne™ Awards during a ceremony held on October 21, 2004 in San Francisco, CA. The ServiceOne™ Awards recognize utilities for providing exceptional service to their customers as determined by a set of 18 objective measures of excellence in customer care, identified by a panel of industry experts.
The 2004 ServiceOne™ winners are:
- Duke Power
- Kansas City Power & Light
- NorthWestern Energy.
These top performing companies participate in PA’s industry leading Customer Care benchmarking program and have been scored the best across 18 performance measures. These measures were selected by an advisory group of industry experts to provide comprehensive, quantitative measurement of the service attributes that matter to customers and shareholders alike. The measures span meter reading, billing, call center, field service, credit and collections, and theft protection to provide an objective view of customer care performance.
