Next-generation wireless communications specialist UbiNetics has been awarded ISO9000 Certification, just 18 months after the Cambridge, UK-based company was founded.
Founded in 1999, UbiNetics employs nearly 200 people and is a world leading developer of innovative second and third generation wireless data communication solutions.
The ISO 9000 family of standards represents an international consensus on good management practices with the aim of ensuring that organisations consistently deliver the product or services that meet the client's quality requirements.
The certification follows an extensive audit by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), one of the world's leading assessment and certification bodies, of UbiNetics' management systems and quality control procedures.
LRQA provides a world class assessment and certification service in Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems backed by expertise and training from its Training Services business.
