PA Consulting Group plans a change of guard in Germany and PA worldwide.

He chairs the German leadership team with Gerti Lieblein, Norbert Englert, Peter Spix, Engelbert Wimmer and Hans Günter Wolf.
As an independent, transformation consultancy PA develops concepts and puts solutions into practice in close collaboration with the client’s management and employees – the aim being to improve the performance of companies and deliver tangible benefits for clients. “We connect efficient and best-practice business processes, technological know-how and motivation of human resources – enhanced through senior management experience”.
Bruce Tindale, the current CEO, will step down on 1 September 2007, following 30 years in PA, the last four as CEO. He will be succeeded by Alan Middleton, who currently leads PA's IT Strategy business and is in addition Chairman of PA's Partner Election Committee and a member of PA's International Board. Alan Middleton has extensive experience in delivering business and commercial strategy and systems, to major organisations in the financial services and professional services sectors.
