Change management - more than just adding salt to the soup

Even though companies find themselves in a fast-changing business world,  the best change management approach is often to 'cook over a slow flame'.

Change management is like cooking  – various ingredients can be combined, consisting of essential elements as well as add-ons like herbs. The standard recipe might be 'digestible' -  but achieving the right combination of ingredients can change the final dish into something 'mouthwatering'.
